When you request a property analysis we collect the name, email address, property address and, if you choose to provide it, the timeline you enter on the form. We do not ask for and do not store a telephone number. We also record the date and time of your request, the page you submitted it from, your IP address and browser user agent, and any campaign or mail code in the link you used. If you arrived from a mailed piece we may already hold publicly available property records for that address, including ownership and prior listing information, obtained from licensed data providers.
To prepare and deliver the analysis you requested, to route your request to the licensed agent serving your area, and to contact you only through the channels you affirmatively selected.
We store the exact consent wording displayed to you at the moment you submitted the form, together with the timestamp and the technical details listed above. We keep this so that both you and we have an accurate record of what you agreed to. This record is append-only: if you withdraw consent we add the withdrawal rather than erasing the history.
We contact you by email only. There is a single authorization on the form covering preparation of your report and emails about it, and there is no telephone or text messaging: we do not collect a number, so we cannot call or text you even if we wanted to.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the licensed real estate agent assigned to your area and with service providers who help deliver email and prepare the analysis, each of whom may use it only for that purpose. We may disclose information where required by law.
You may withdraw your authorization at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing LasVegasBruce@gmail.com. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing LasVegasBruce@gmail.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; contact us at the same address to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
We keep lead and consent records indefinitely, and delete them on request. This is a description of current practice, not a chosen policy: the consent record is deliberately append-only so that the history of what you agreed to cannot be altered after the fact, and no automatic deletion runs against it. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so, subject to any records we are required to retain by law. Email LasVegasBruce@gmail.com to make that request.
Your analysis is prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence using market data and public property records. It is informational only. It is not an appraisal, not a guarantee of sale price or results, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a pricing decision.
